Specifications: 

1)  Our machine frame is made of 20mm thickness steel plate, with CO2 arc welding.  

2)  Adopted Electrostatic spray frame surface, corrosion resistance and easy to maintenance. 

3)  Our application roller is made imported material rubber, with 280mm diameter and abrasion 

resistant, solvent resistant, excellent flexibility. 

4)  Our doctor roller is made of 45# seamless steel tube, arc welded; and the mirror effect  surface is based on intensive grinding after heat treatment then electroplate hard chrome, polishing 

5)  Independent paint recycle tunnel for each Application Roller. 

6)  The Filling Roller is made of 250mm diameter steel with chromate treatment, and the exterior is processed by CNC cylindrical grinding machine.  

7)  Equipped with 4mm PU material convey belt.    

8)  Independent inverter, motor and reducer for application roller and doctor roller, through worm and gear, with 0.05mm error.  

9)  Equipped with 6 units of Italy Seipee motor, Taiwan Delta inverter and Schneider electric. 

10) The coating systems are equipped with independent and automatic up-and-down device, also with digital display device, to ensure more operate convenience and precision.     

11)  Attached: two set of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and two 20kg heating barrels for paint. 

12)  Voltage: 415V/50Hz.
